  Our first and most tangible reflection of our quality is in the products that we sell. All of our board is prime quality, mill guaranteed. The support we receive from all of our suppliers directly and via their QC labs is fully extended to our customer base. As a value-added manufacturing site, we must always adhere to the strictest tolerances within the markets we sell to. Simply put, providing a clean, neat edge, a perfectly square sheet, and a surface free from contaminants are results we pledge to consistently achieve. We accomplish this level of quality through microfiche analysis of the cut edges of our board, by utilizing Quick Scan technology to ensure squareness, and a visual inspection that will catch any potential surface debris.
   
  We are equally quality conscious in our office environment. A series of checks and balances within our customer service and scheduling areas are designed to allow for both the last minute insertion of rush orders, while at the same time ensuring the timely delivery of regularly placed orders. The daily interaction and coordination of these people is a smooth and dynamic process that must be invisible to the customer, but ever-present within our walls. Everyone involved understands the importance of this bridge between our customers' needs and the end product that leaves our warehouse, and we are committed to working in this manner collectively as a team.
